Research Vision

My research goal is to build a comprehensive biophysical understanding of metabolite-protein homeostasis during normal cellular and organismal processes, and how these are disrupted in disease and in response to environmental perturbations. This will advance our fundamental knowledge of key organismal processes and inspire the design of therapeutic approaches for protein misfolding diseases, including Alzheimer's disease.
